01 / Nothing to chase
Stop asking where things are.
Every report, file and answer in one place you can sign in to.
The Artist Studio client platform
The Artist Studio’s private client marketing platform brings search performance, social planning, approved reports, brand assets and studio conversations into one workspace scoped to your business.
Dot says hello at sign-in
That is not a reporting problem. It is an infrastructure problem — and sending another attachment only moves the problem around.
01 / Nothing to chase
Every report, file and answer in one place you can sign in to.
02 / A clearer picture
What we did, what moved, and what happens next — in writing.
03 / Less admin
The latest work, files, dates and conversations stay together.
Each area answers a question you would otherwise have to email us to ask.
01 / Search
Where you are ranking, which pages are moving, and what we are doing about the ones that are not. Read from Search Console and Semrush, not typed into a slide.
02 / Social
A tracker and a calendar for every platform you post on. You can see what is drafted, what is scheduled and what went out, without asking anyone.
03 / Assets
Logos, photography, film, artwork, print-ready files. Organised into libraries, searchable, and downloadable at full quality by anyone on your team.

04 / Messages
Ask us something and keep the relevant post, asset or published report beside the conversation. Each client contact has a private thread with the studio.
October report is up — three pages moved into the top ten.
Can we push the shoot to the 14th?
Done. Calendar updated.
05 / Reports
Every report carries commentary that says what changed, what caused it and what we are doing next. Drafts stay internal until they are approved — you never open a half-finished document.

06 / Access
Each person gets a named account. The studio configures the areas available to each client and can suspend access or revoke active sessions when needed.
The part nobody demos
A showcase page can make anything look tidy. This is the list of things that are actually built, because the difference between a portal and a platform is whether the boring parts exist.
Not six tools with a shared logo
Upload social content once and it appears in that client’s asset library automatically. Reference a post, asset or published report inside Messages without copying files or losing the context around a decision.
The value is not another dashboard. It is fewer handoffs, fewer missing files and a clear place to see what the studio has done and what happens next.

Built around the work we deliver

Built here, improved here
We keep improving the tools and experience around the work — adding what we think will save clients time and shaping changes around what clients tell us they need.
We notice friction while doing the work and turn useful fixes into product decisions.
Requests from the people using the workspace help us decide what should improve next.
Because the platform is ours, we can shape it around the relationship instead of adding another system.
Useful capabilities become part of the same workspace, ready for the work that follows.
Recently built: longer SEO date ranges, multi-platform social posts, automatic Social-to-Assets filing and messages that can reference work inside the CMS.
Built with clients,
not just for them.
See the platform in context
We will walk you through a demonstration account, show how each area fits the work and answer the questions that matter to your team.
The studio enables the areas that apply to your account and creates a named sign-in for each person. Messaging is available to retainer clients, with a private conversation for each contact.
Your Analytics and Search Console source accounts remain yours. The platform stores the reporting snapshots, published reports and files needed to show progress and give you access to the work.
No. Approved reports can be exported as PDF and performance data as CSV. The workspace is there when you want the latest version without searching through an inbox.
Yes. Each person gets a named sign-in, so nobody has to share a password. The studio can suspend an account or revoke its active sessions when access changes.
Your workspace is scoped to your business, alongside a shared Artist Studio Library available to signed-in clients. Messages are private to each contact; studio admins can access client areas to deliver and support the work.
Yes. It is our own software, not a reskinned off-the-shelf portal, which is why we can change it when a client asks for something the shelf does not sell.
