A plan.
Content with purpose.

Use the month to say something useful about your business. We agree the priorities, create the material and keep the channels consistent with your brand.

Plan the month.

Choose the audience, channels and themes. Map product launches, useful advice and business news into a content calendar with an agreed volume of work.

Create the material.

Copy and design, with photography or video where included. We work with your existing assets and agree what needs to be made for the formats you need.

Photography & video

Keep it consistent.

Connect the words and images with your wider brand. Agree scheduling, community coverage and any campaign support in your monthly scope.

Brand identity

Made by the studio.

Two projects where social content was part of a wider body of work. These examples show the material delivered.

Sherborne Castle Country Fair.

Twelve Sherborne Castle Country Fair social posts covering attractions, tickets and visitor information.
Social content created for the fair, bringing event information into a consistent visual format.

The volunteer-run event needed a joined-up digital presence. We developed and managed social content alongside the brand refresh, website and illustrated fair map.

Starting with a new identity and digital presence, we brought branding, a Shopify website, photography and social content together with a consistent visual approach.

From the first idea
to the next month.

The plan, draft and approved version should be easy to follow. We agree the review stages and who makes the final decision before the monthly work begins.

  1. Agree the priorities.

Confirm the channels, formats, content volume and important dates. Identify the material you already have and anything we need from you.

  2. Make the content.

Develop the agreed copy, designs and production. Organise the draft assets so the right version is ready for review.

  3. Review and publish.

Review the caption, files and planned dates. Leave feedback or approve the saved version. The studio manages scheduling and publication within the agreed scope.

  4. Review the period.

Look at what was published and the available channel data. Use that context to agree what to repeat, improve or try in the next plan.

Our part.

Plan and create the agreed work, organise drafts, manage the review process and agreed publication, then explain the reporting period and next steps.

Your part.

Supply accurate business and product information, existing assets, necessary permissions and shoot access. Nominate an approver and agree feedback dates with us.

One System.
A shared view of the work.

Keep the content plan, available assets, feedback and published reports together in your private client workspace. Your account gives you access to the services agreed with the studio.

A report you can use.

  1. The period and the source.

The agreed channels and dates, with the available platform figures.

  2. The work and what changed.

What went out, how the content performed and the context behind the numbers.

  3. The next decision.

Studio commentary and practical recommendations for the next plan.

Reporting can include reach, engagement and follower growth. Available measures depend on the channel and agreed access.

Monthly support.
A clear scope.

Social media support starts from £500 a month, including VAT. We use the packages as a starting point, then confirm the work and fee in your proposal.

Content volume, channels, formats and review stages belong in that agreement. Community management and support coverage vary by package.

Agree the month.

  • Channels, formats and number of posts.
  • Material supplied and production required.
  • Review stages, approver and publishing dates.
  • Community coverage and reporting.
  • Fee, external costs and any additional work.

Advertising spend is separate. Additional shoots, paid tools, licences and outside production are confirmed where applicable.

Content questions.

What is included each month?

Your proposal confirms the channels, content volume, formats, production, review stages and reporting. Our monthly packages show the current starting options, with bespoke mixes available.

Can you use our existing content?

Yes. We look at your photography, brand assets and business information, then agree what can be used and what needs creating. Any additional photography or video production is confirmed in the scope.

How do approvals work?

We agree the decision-maker and review stages. You review the saved caption and assets, share feedback or approve that version. Approval does not publish a post; the studio manages the agreed scheduling and publication.

Which platforms will you manage?

We choose the channels around your audience, existing presence and available content. The platforms, permissions and coverage are confirmed in the proposal rather than assuming every channel needs the same treatment.

Are paid ads and community replies included?

Coverage depends on the agreed package. We confirm community management, response coverage and paid campaign management separately in your scope. Advertising spend is separate from the studio fee. See our Google and Meta ads service for campaign support.

What will the monthly report tell us?

It covers the agreed channels and reporting period, explains the available figures and includes studio commentary and next steps. Platform metrics measure different things; we interpret them in context and agree how any enquiries or sales can be measured.
